The CMP Oxide Slurry Cleaning System was created in order to re-hydrate oxide slurry deposits allowing for removal from the CMP tool or support component surface. TexPure® Industrial Cleaning Wipers are highly absorbent cleanroom wipers saturated with ITW Texwipe’s TexPure, a surfactant-free, alcohol-free concentrated cleaning solution.

TX1088 incorporates ITW Texwipe’s TexTra™ cut-edge, heavyweight, single-ply polyester wipers pre-wetted with 30% TexPure and 70% deionized water (DIW) in an easy-to-use reclosable bag and is ideal for small areas and hard-to-reach places.

TX1023 incorporates ITW Texwipe’s AlphaWipe® cut-edge 100% polyester heavy-weight, single-ply polyester wipers pre-wetted with 30% TexPure and 70% deionized water (DIW) in an easy-to-use reclosable bag. The TX1023 is a large size (24" x 44") wiper and is perfect for vertical surfaces such as pipes and process equipment supports and floors.
